How do I do that? A few different ways.
My clients tell me that I’m patient, understanding, and that I really join with them to give their dreams a voice. I give you all the space you need to feel heard. I want you to be in a place where things seem less scary and where you can understand how your mind and body interact to create reality.
The more technical version of how I help you is this: I teach you how to identify and explore the thought patterns that hold you back. Then, we work together to change those thought patterns so they don’t control your whole life. This technique is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – CBT for short.
