Online Counseling
You want counseling but there are so many things that seem to get in the way – so you think “maybe online is an option.” Sure, you’ve heard of online therapy, but how does online therapy work? Is there a difference between telemental health and e therapy? Is online therapy effective? Can marriage counseling be done online? So many questions!
We’ve got answers, and we also want you to know there are advantages to online counseling.
Why do people want online counseling? We find for a lot of different reasons!
Many clients travel so frequently that it’s almost impossible to set up a weekly appointment. How can you get to counseling if you’re not home for three weeks?
A lot of our clients are just too busy to add another appointment to the list – but if they don’t have to leave their house to have the appointment it can fit easier into their crazy, busy lives.
Some of our clients live in places where there aren’t many counselors, so online is the only option if you live in rural areas.
We do online counseling through a secure platform that allows you to have a session any where you have an internet connection and a private space. You can be at home. You can be across the country on vacation. You can be international on a business trip. Your session happens where you are. Period.
You get to be in your space. You can cozy up with a blanket on your couch. Drink your favorite tea. Pet your pup. Wear your sweats. Whatever makes you comfortable.
Marriage counseling can be done online. Individual counseling for anxiety, trauma, and relationship loss can be done online. Grief counseling can be done online. All of the services we offer, we can offer to you online.
Oh, and it works. Online counseling is effective.
