We’ve spent the past few days thinking about how we can be helpful during this time. People are scared, anxious, and confused – and we want to help.
We’ve come up with two ways to help: Q&A Videos and reduced fee counseling sessions for those struggling financially.
In this video we answer the following questions:
1. I’ve never had anxiety before and I think I’m having it now. How do I know and why am I feeling like this?
2. There are a lot of depressing things in the news, and I think a lot of people are finding it difficult to stay positive. Do you have any tips on being able to see the silver lining through all of this?
3. My friends and family are pressuring me to hang out. How do I let them know I’m taking social isolation seriously without hurting their feelings?
